Dies St. Anna XIX
5-8 December - Poukka - Finland

Once again the Canton of Poukka proudly invites all gentlefolk of the Realm to celebrate our beloved St. Anna by dancing, singing, feasting, jousting or whatever your favourite pastime might be, this time starting already on Thursday! There will be the Ball in the main building and the Bathhouse Babes in the sauna on Friday and a chance of Yule market on Saturday. And of course a traditional Grand Feast.

Site
The site will once again be the beautiful Lintukoto camping centre in Pyhältö. The site is situated about 165 km east of Helsinki, north of Hamina. You can get to the site by your own car or by bus. Driving instructions and bus schedules are available on request from the Event Steward. Site address is Tykkitie 30, 49660 Pyhältö.

Site opens at 18:00 on Thursday evening and closes on Sunday at 13:00. The first 65 reserved will get a bed. The rest get to sleep on the floor. There will be mattresses for everyone. The site is limited to 85 people.

The site has a feast hall, sauna by the lake and two buildings for sleeping. The outhouse toilets at the site are situated in separate buildings and showers are located at the sauna. Please note, that sleeping buildings and some toilets have poor access for the disabled. There is also a small room that can be used for eventual workshops or classes & meetings. In case you intend to organize some of these, please contact the event steward for space reservations.

Reservations and prices
Price for the event per person is EUR 48 for non-members and EUR 45 for SCA or affiliate organization members. Children attending with their parents who are under 6 years are free of charge and 6-15 years pay EUR 23 per child. Price includes site fee and the following meals: a snack on Thursday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and feast on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

Binding reservations must be made through the registration form starting on 9th October at 19.00 (Finnish time). Reservations should be made by 28th November. Full payments must be made latest 28th November to Nordea account FI22 1 069 3000 2242 61. Foreign guests with valid reservation may pay at the door, however they have to inform the event steward in their reservation if they intend to do so. Late reservations and payments will include a EUR 10 late fee. Cancellations after November 28th may not be refunded at all and must pay full charge plus eventual late fees.
