Event site
The site is a camping area with both indoor sleeping space and plenty of room for camping.
Overview
The site is the traditional Cudgel War event site: Kavalahti camping centre, Inkoo, Finland (site address is: Björnvikintie 109, 10230 Inkoon as.) about 60 km from Helsinki.
We will have exclusive use of the site. The site is located by a lake in a forest. There are few neighbours and no services (gas stations, shops, etc.) in the immediate area, so the area is entirely ours.
The site has very limited handicap access

The Buildings and accommodation
The site has four buildings for indoor accommodation. There are a total of 60-70 indoor sleeping places. Beds for 50 and the rest is crashspace. There is a lot of space for camping (both period and mundane tents).
Main building. The first floor of Main building has 22 beds and also crash space for about 10 people. There is also a kitchen which is at least partially available for the participants to use for cooking. This kitchen might be needed for feast preparation on Saturday. The second floor cannot be used for sleeping, but there are a couple of rooms which can be used for meetings and classes.
Cabins. There are three identical cabins which can accommodate about 10 persons each. The cabins also have refrigerators and a small kitchen (although no plumbing).
Off-site accommodation. The site is located near two small towns. Apart from that, no off-site accommodations are available. Helsinki (and it's satellites) is some 45min drive away, so if one really wants to, one can get a hotel room (or some other type of lodging) from there.
Toilets, Showers and Saunas
There are three saunas by the lake (one is wood heaten, two electric ones)
Two out of three saunas have shower (2 per sauna). All showers are hot-water showers.
Site has outdoor toilets. That's outhouses. There are nine of them.
