Event announcement
The Canton of Poukka invites you all to witness the combat that will determine who will be Crowned our King and Queen at Twelfth Night Coronation 2009! In addition to the tourney, there will be many other activities, including a part of the yearlong Kingdom A&S competition. The winner of the tourney will be celebrated with a Grand Feast. Welcome!
Site: The Kiljava Camping Centre in Rajamäki (street address Vihtilammintie 45), about 50 km north of Helsinki. Site opens at 18:00 on Friday and closes at 12:00 on Sunday. See the site page and the travel page for more information on the site and how to get there.
Cost: Site fee EUR 17 for SCA/SKA members; EUR 20 for others. The meal package (breakfasts, Friday evening snack and Saturday lunch) is EUR 8 and the Main feast EUR 10. Thus, the entire event costs EUR 35 for members and EUR 38 for non-members.
The Main feast is limited to 120 people. If there are more people wishing to take the feast, a separate smaller feast with a few less dishes will be served in a separate hall for the price of EUR 6.
Children's rates: 0-6 years free, 7-11 years pay only for food and over 12 years pay the whole price.
Pick-ups from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL) are available for the price of EUR 8 /one-way. Pick-ups must be reserved by 10th October.
Reservations must be done using an online-reservation form on the event website at latest by 30th September.
Payment instructions will be sent for those who have made a reservation. Those with easy access to Euro transfers will be expected to pay in advance to avoid a late fee.
Late reservation or payment will incur a EUR 7 late fee.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation after September 30, you can only get your food money back. If you cancel after October 10, we unfortunately cannot reimburse you at all. If you have a reservation and neither cancel, pay nor come to the event, we will charge you all costs according to your reservation at the regular prices, including a handling fee of EUR 3.
