Driving directions

From Helsinki center and ports

  1. Follow the signs to the motorway 3 (red square, white number), also known as E12, direction Tampere.
  2. Drive towards Tampere until junction 13. Follow the signs towards Nurmijärvi to get onto road 1311 to Nurmijärvi.
  3. Stay on 1311 and continue x km until you come to a big four-way crossing in Rajamäki.
  4. Turn left onto Kiljavantie, signposted Kiljava (if you want to go to a grocery store, turn right here into Rajamäki, then take next left to end up on S-Market parking lot).
  5. Drive on Kiljavantie for 2.7 km. Turn right onto a gravel road called "Vihtilammentie", it is signposted in black "Lasten leirikesä" and there will be a SCA sign.
  6. Follow the gravel road. When it branches of, keep right (there'll be an SCA sign, too). When you've driven on the gravel road for 1.6 km in total, you are at the site.

From Helsinki airport

  1. When leaving the airport, follow the signs for Ring road III (Kehä III/Ring III). Turn onto ring road west ("kehä III länteen") following the signs for motorway 3.
  2. Turn onto motorway 3 towards Tampere.
  3. Drive towards Tampere until junction 13. Follow the signs towards Nurmijärvi to get onto road 1311 to Nurmijärvi.
  4. Stay on 1311 and continue x km until you come to a big four-way crossing in Rajamäki.

  1. Take the motorway 1 towards Helsinki.
  2. Near Lohja turn onto road 25 towards Hyvinkää.
  3. Drive on 25 for about 30 km. Turn onto 1311 towards Rajamäki.
  4. Drive until in Rajamäki, about 2 km.
  5. Turn right onto Kiljavantie, signposted Kiljava (if you want to go to a grocery store, turn right here into Rajamäki, then take next left to end up on S-Market parking lot).
  6. Drive on Kiljavantie for 2.7 km. Turn right onto a gravel road called "Vihtilammentie", it is signposted in black "Lasten leirikesä" and there will be a SCA sign.
